Crewline (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a team shift-scheduling app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info. When you sign in with Apple or with your email, we receive your email address and (if you choose to share it via Apple) your name. We use this only to create and secure your account.
• Content you create. Crews you create, members you add (name/email), and shifts you schedule (title, date/time, location, notes, assignee).
• Connected schedules. If your employer connects their scheduling system to your crew, the shifts they push in (e.g., event date, location, role, and related operational details) appear in your crew. This data is controlled by your employer; we process it on their behalf.

We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, health, financial, or advertising data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: authenticate you, show your crew’s schedule, and let crew owners manage members and shifts.

How it’s stored and shared

• Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Access is restricted by row-level security: you can only ever access crews you belong to.
• We share data only with that infrastructure provider as needed to run the app, and when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time inside the app (account menu → “Delete account”). This permanently removes your account, the crews you own, and their schedules. You may also email us to request deletion.

Children

Crewline is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children.
