These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crewline app. By creating an account or using Crewline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Crewline is a team shift-scheduling app. You can create crews, add members, and schedule shifts. If your employer connects their scheduling system, shifts they push may appear in your crew.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Crewline. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Crewline for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, and don’t add people’s contact details without a legitimate scheduling reason.
• Don’t attempt to access crews or data you don’t belong to, probe or circumvent security, or disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the crews, members, and shifts you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (account menu → “Delete account”), which permanently removes your account and the crews you own. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Crewline is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduling information is provided for convenience; you are responsible for verifying critical details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
