Common questions

How do I create a crew?

After signing in, tap into “Create your crew,” give it a name, then add members and schedule shifts with the + button.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account menu (the person icon, top-left) → “Delete account.” This permanently removes your account, the crews you own, and their schedules.

Why can’t I edit some shifts?

Shifts that were pushed in from a connected scheduling system are read-only in Crewline — they’re managed by the source system. Shifts you create by hand are fully editable.

How do I sign in?

Use “Sign in with Apple,” or enter your email to receive a 6-digit code.
